We wandered over to Lista di Spagna after crossing the Scalzi Bridge. The location was perfect, just minutes from everything we wanted to see. The hotel was clean, the breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were generally helpful. We also appreciated the wifi and the option to store our luggage after check-out.
Unfortunately, our room size was a bit on the small side, which got a bit cramped for three people. It would be wise to request a larger room if traveling in a group.

We had a fantastic time exploring Venice! After a lovely walk from the hotel to Lista di Spagna, crossing the Scalzi Bridge, the scenery was breathtaking. The hotel's location made it easy to discover local restaurants and attractions, perfect for our family with two small kids.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly menu options.

The accommodation was well-situated near the major transport links, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was accommodating, handling various guest inquiries promptly. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and I particularly enjoyed the Hungarian beef stew during my stay. However, the front desk service fell short, lacking professionalism, and the overall cleanliness was a concern, especially after noticing a hygiene issue with the kitchen staff. Additionally, the rooms need updating to align with the pricing.
